The order of the Minister of Emergency Situations dated 17 October 2026 was registered by the Ministry of Justice on 23 October under number 3963. The document establishes a list of high-risk factors — non-compliance with legislation on protection of the population from emergencies and fire safety — and designates the Ministry of Emergency Situations as the controlling body. An underground medicine warehouse worth 5.6 billion soums discovered in Namangan Region

The State Security Service reported the discovery in the Uychi district of Namangan Region of a secret warehouse in the basement of a non-residential building, where 67,923 units of medicines of 412 foreign-made names were stored, with a total value of about 5.6 billion soums. The warehouse was set up by brothers born in 1983 and 1986 — the head and an employee of a private pharmaceutical company.
