By order of the Minister of Emergency Situations, Bakhtiyor Tugambayevich Rakhmonkulov has been appointed head of the Emergency Situations Ministry Inspection. Since August 2020, he served as khokim of Tashkent's Yashnabad district, and previously held leadership positions in the Emergency Situations Ministry system and the capital's khokimiyat.
