Uzbekistan proposes raising heating and hot water tariffs from November 1, 2026, by 30% in Tashkent
Uzbekistan's Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services has put up for public discussion a draft government resolution on raising heating and hot water supply tariffs for the population across the country from November 1, 2026. For consumers of Veolia Energy Tashkent, a 30% tariff increase is proposed: thermal energy — 203,636 soums per Gcal, heating — 314 soums per square meter per day, hot water by meter — 11,607 soums per cubic meter. The rationale is the gradual alignment of tariffs with cost price.
