Essence of the changes

The Government of Uzbekistan, by resolution dated October 12, 2026 No. 560, introduced amendments to the administrative regulation for the provision of state services for the acceptance of completed construction facilities and issuance of permits for their operation. Kun.uz reported this.

How the acceptance will proceed

According to the resolution, for the acceptance of such facilities, a State Acceptance Commission is created by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, and a working commission is created by the customers. Facilities are commissioned directly through the drawing up and approval of the acts of these commissions. The act of the state acceptance commission on the acceptance of facilities within completed projects is approved by the chairman of the commission.

Control before acceptance

Before the act of the state acceptance commission is drawn up, the Inspectorate of State Financial Control conducts a mandatory control measurement at the construction facility in the established manner.
