The Lazo district, Komsomolsky, Nikolayevsky and Ulchsky districts, as well as the Sovetskaya Gavan, Vanino and Solnechny districts, will be in the path of the storm. Context: snow in neighboring regions too
This is not the only region in the Far East and Eastern Siberia where bad weather has worsened road conditions. On November 4, it was reportedthat snowfall and black ice caused problems on the roads of Zabaykalsky Krai: in Chita, residents complained about the absence of snow-clearing equipment on several streets at once, leading to traffic jams in some parts of the city. Earlier, a Russian driver also filmed an icy highway on video.
