Meteorologist explains why the bridge on Akademika Korolyova remained in snow while Moscow's roads thawed
After an overnight snowfall in Moscow, the roads had thawed by the morning of November 5, but the bridge on Akademika Korolyova remained snow-covered. Meteorologist Yevgeny Tishkovets attributed this to humidity above the river and near-zero temperatures, and warned of black ice on the night of Saturday.
