The key facts

  • In Tashkent, 20–22 degrees of warmth expected
  • Rain in places in the foothills and mountains, turning to snow in highland areas

A warm day without precipitation across most of the country

Uzhydromet forecasts variable cloudiness without precipitation across Uzbekistan on November 1. The wind will be easterly at 7–12 meters per second, with air temperatures of 18–23 degrees Celsius. In Tashkent, variable cloudiness without precipitation is also expected, with an easterly wind of 3–8 meters per second and temperatures of 20–22 degrees Celsius.

Rain and snow in the mountains

The only exception to the overall picture is the foothill and mountainous regions of the country. According to Uzhydromet, variable cloudiness will persist there, with rain possible in places, turning to snow in highland areas. The wind will be easterly at 7–12 meters per second, and temperatures will be noticeably lower than on the plains — 10–15 degrees Celsius. Thus, the warm and dry weather in the country's main agricultural and urban zones is combined with already wintry conditions in the highlands.
