A warm start and cooling toward the end of the month
The first ten-day period of the month will be relatively warm: 5–10 degrees above zero at night and 17–22 degrees above zero during the day. In the second and third ten-day periods, cooling is expected — at night from 3–8 degrees above zero down to 2 degrees of frost and 3 degrees above zero, and during the day from 15–20 down to 5–10 degrees above zero. Thus, toward the end of the month, nighttime temperatures may drop below zero.
Precipitation
Precipitation is expected on certain days of the month, mostly in the form of rain. As temperatures drop, rain may briefly turn to snow in some places.
