According to Uzhydromet, no precipitation is expected across most of Uzbekistan during the day on October 31. Rain is possible only in places — in certain districts of the Tashkent, Samarkand, Jizzakh, Syrdarya, Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions. Wind will blow at 7–12 meters per second, with daytime air temperatures of 18–23 degrees Celsius.

Tashkent and mountainous areas

In the capital, light rain is possible in the evening, with wind of 3–8 meters per second and temperatures of 20–22 degrees Celsius. Rain is also forecast in places in the foothill and mountainous areas, turning into snow at high altitudes; wind there is expected at 7–12 meters per second, with temperatures of 11–16 degrees Celsius.
