Volkova responded to rumors about plastic surgery
Actress Ekaterina Volkova, known for the series 'Voroniny', posted on Instagram (owned by Meta, a company recognized as extremist and banned in Russia) a photo without makeup or filters, taken right after procedures at a cosmetologist's office. The reason was rumors about plastic surgery: according to the actress, people wrote to her that she was 'operated on and over-operated on.' Volkova denied this, explaining that she gets beauty injections, including Botox. 'The redness, by the way, will all go away within an hour. On me, like on a cat, everything heals quickly. And yes, I have lively facial expressions,' Gazeta.Ru quotes her as saying.
Attitude toward appearance and family plans
The actress emphasized that her appearance is important to her, which is why she maintains skin tone and preserves her youth in various ways, but she has not resorted to radical methods and does not plan to for now. Gazeta.Ru also recalls details of her family story: in 2010, Volkova married TV host and choreographer Andrey Karpov, and on March 16, 2011, she gave birth to a daughter, Elizaveta. Motherhood, the actress admitted, was hard for her — she could not get a proper night's sleep for two years, so she does not plan to have more children.
