What is being sold and on what terms

The Bureau of Forced Execution has put up for auction, via the E-auksion platform, several retail premises in the Park In Mall shopping and entertainment center located within Tashkent City, reports Spot.uz. The mall is located at the intersection of Batyr Zakirov and Zargar streets, near the Alisher Navoi and Pakhtakor metro stations.

Lot parameters

Buyers are offered 13 retail premises on the second floor of a 4-story building, in block 0001A. Their total area is 2,038.7 square meters; the building has water supply, sewage, gas and electricity connections. The starting price of the lot is 12 billion soums, and the auction will begin on November 23 at 10:00.

Grounds for the sale

The lot is being sold pursuant to a decision of the Karakul Interdistrict Court for Economic Cases issued in December 2022 (enforcement document 4−2004−2201/977). This means the premises are going to auction not at the owner's initiative, but as part of the forced enforcement of a court ruling on debt collection. Notably, almost four years passed between the court decision and the listing of the lot. Earlier, the same outlet reported on another sale through the Bureau of Forced Execution — a building with a warehouse near the Southern Railway Station in Tashkent.
