Building near the Southern Railway Station to go under the hammer
The Bureau of Enforcement has put two commercial buildings in Tashkent's Yakkasaray district up for sale, the data is posted on the E-auksion platform. It concerns a two-story building on a 0.28-hectare plot next to the Blood Transfusion Center, not far from the Southern Railway Station. According to open data, it currently houses the office of a medical equipment supplier with a warehouse.
Lot parameters and sale conditions
The total area of the premises is 1,027 square meters, of which 872.96 square meters are usable. The building has water supply, sewerage, and electricity. The starting price of the lot is 8 billion soums, and the auction is scheduled for November 23.
Grounds for the sale
The building is being sold pursuant to a ruling of the Syrdarya Inter-District Court on economic cases issued in July 2024 (enforcement document 4−1202−2401/1846). A restriction by the Bureau of Enforcement applies to the property — meaning the buyer acquires property being sold as part of enforcement proceedings, not an ordinary free-market lot.
Context
This is not the only major state property deal in Tashkent in recent days: earlier, Spot reported that in the city center the Aerial Geodesy Center building was sold for 213 billion soums. Unlike that deal, the current lot is tied to the enforcement of a court ruling, and the starting price is an order of magnitude lower.
