Premises in Park In Mall in Tashkent put up for auction over debts
The Bureau of Forced Execution is selling 13 retail premises on the second floor of the Park In Mall shopping center in Tashkent City via E-auksion. The starting price of the lot, with an area of 2,038.7 sq. m, is 12 billion soums, and the auction is scheduled for November 23. The sale is taking place under a court decision issued back in December 2022.
