The Bureau of Forced Execution has put a commercial building in Tashkent's Chilanzar district up for auction, with the lot listed on the E-auksion platform. The building houses the Toshkent Avtomarkaz dealership, the Bog'don Grand Hotel, as well as warehouses and other facilities.

The lot is being sold under a decision of the Farish interdistrict court for economic cases issued in August 2025 (enforcement document 4−1305−2401/2209). Five restrictions from the Bureau of Forced Execution and the court apply to the property.
