Russian Justice Ministry updates relocants registry with temporary restrictions and adds new foreign agents

On November 6, Russia's Ministry of Justice added to the registry of relocants subject to temporary restrictive measures: Boris Akunin, Dmitry Bykov, Alexander Nevzorov, Yuri Dud and Dmitry Gudkov. The same day, the ministry designated poetess Galina Rymbu and the Dawn (Rassvet) party as foreign agents. All those added to the relocants registry had previously been designated foreign agents.
