The key facts

  • Dubtsova's debt to the Federal Tax Service amounts to 2,784,500 rubles
  • The sole proprietorship in the performing arts was registered in 2015
  • It was previously reported about an unreturned debt of 8.5 million rubles from Dmitry Ilyin

The singer's tax debt

Singer Irina Dubtsova has been found to have a tax debt: according to the Federal Tax Service, she failed to pay taxes for some time, and the debt reached 2,784,500 rubles. This was reported by Gazeta.Ru. In 2015, the winner of Fabrika Zvyozd (Star Factory) registered a sole proprietorship engaged in performing arts activities; the debt is recorded under this status.

Source of income and financial context

Apart from the sole proprietorship, the artist has no other business — her main income comes from concerts. According to producer Sergei Dvortsov, whom the outlet had contacted earlier, the singer's fee for a single performance ranges from 3 to 5 million rubles. Thus, the debt amount is comparable to the payment for one concert by this estimate.

Debt against the backdrop of personal financial difficulties

The report of the tax debt appeared a few days after another publication about the singer's finances: in late October 2026 StarHit, citing the singer's entourage, wrote that her former boyfriend, businessman Dmitry Ilyin, had borrowed 8.5 million rubles from her and never returned the money. According to this information, Dubtsova tried to resolve the matter amicably; Ilyin promised to sell a penthouse in Samara but then stopped responding. The outlet specifies that the relationship with Ilyin lasted through 2024, and after breaking up with him the singer revealed a romance with Ivan Petrenko, which ended in May 2026. Dubtsova herself did not publicly share details of the breakup. The publications contain no official comments from the singer or the Federal Tax Service regarding the debt.
