These figures were presented at the Russian government following a meeting devoted to the fuel situation. This was reported by the outlet Life.ru.
Agreements with filling stations continue to expand
In addition to inspections, the authorities are signing agreements with independent filling stations to stabilize prices for gasoline and diesel fuel: at present, 154 such documents have been signed in 53 regions. For comparison, on November 3 the Federal Antimonopoly Service reported 146 agreements in 52 regions — thus, over several days the number of agreements grew by eight, and one more region joined the program. Earlier, Life.ru reported that some of the agreements were reached with major filling station operators, while the rest were with independent station owners; their goal is to stabilize fuel prices.
