What happened
The incident occurred on November 4. According to the patient, he was home alone that day — he had divorced his wife some time earlier. The man had been drinking alcohol and, feeling bored, decided to amuse himself and inserted an apple into his rectum. After some time, the fruit still had not passed out of his body, and the Muscovite sought medical help.
How the doctors helped
The doctors managed to remove the apple naturally, administering only local anesthesia — surgery was not needed. The specialists also explained to the man that the consequences of his action could have been far more serious. In response, the patient said that the apple experiment would be the first and last in his life.
