What is up for auction

In Tashkent's Almazar district, on the E-auksion electronic platform, premises in a two-story commercial building near Jami Square have been put up for sale, which belongs to a building materials market. Buyers are offered nine retail and utility premises on both floors and in the basement. The building has running water, sewage, and electricity.

Auction terms and reason for the sale

The total area of the lots is 1,886 square meters, divided into three properties — 666, 608, and 612 square meters. The starting price is set at 36.85 billion soums, and the auction is scheduled for November 23 at 10:00. The sale is not being carried out at the owner's initiative, but pursuant to a decision of the Karshi Inter-District Economic Courtissued in June 2026 (enforcement document 4−1001−2507/141061). Restrictions have already been imposed on the property by a bank, the Bureau of Enforcement, and a notary — meaning the buyer will have to take these encumbrances into account when completing the transaction. The announcement does not disclose what specific debts underlie the court decision.

Context

This is not the only real estate sale through enforcement proceedings in the district: Spot.uz previously reported that in the Almazar district, the dormitory building of Tashkent State University of Law was also put up for auction. Apparently, properties sold under compulsory enforcement of court decisions regularly appear on the platform, which distinguishes such lots from ordinary commercial sales.
