'Yellow' danger level in effect for the third night in a row in Moscow and the Moscow Region due to icy roads
Russia's Hydrometcenter extends the 'yellow' level of weather danger in the Moscow Region due to the risk of icy roads: the regime is in effect from 21:00 to 09:00 MSK on November 7. The night may become the coldest since the beginning of autumn — down to -3°C in Moscow and down to -6°C in the region. At the same time, forecasters announced warming next week.
