Electric car Yangwang U9X sets world speed record — 503.17 km/h
The BYD Yangwang U9X hypercar has become the first production electric car to exceed the 500 km/h mark. The record run took place on the roads of Abu Dhabi, and the result was officially confirmed by the FIA and Guinness World Records. The company plans to produce only 30 such cars.
