Putin promised Ruto to end the recruitment of Kenyans into the Russian army
Following the talks at the Kremlin, Kenya announced that Russia will no longer recruit Kenyans for military service, while Moscow and Nairobi signed five cooperation documents — from a labor agreement to a visa-free regime for diplomatic passports.
