Thousands of Audi employees joined nationwide warning strikes in Germany
Audi employees in Ingolstadt and Neckarsulm supported the wave of warning strikes that swept across German industry in early November 2026. According to the IG Metall union, by November 6 more than 413,000 people had taken part in actions across the country. The cause is a wage dispute with employers over a new collective agreement for the metalworking and electrical engineering industries.
