Russia to abolish visa-free regime with Montenegro from December 30
Moscow is introducing a visa regime for citizens of Montenegro in response to Podgorica's abolition of visa-free travel for Russians from November 1. The Russian restrictions will take effect on December 30, 2026 — taking into account the procedure for terminating the 2008 agreement.
