Ulyanov calls talk of Russia's isolation a 'Western illusion' after the Russia–Africa summit
Russia's Permanent Representative to international organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, said that the participation of 48 of the 54 African Union member states in the Moscow summit refutes the thesis of Russia's isolation. According to him, the countries seeking to isolate Moscow account for only about 12% of the world's population.
