In Moscow, a 12-year-old schoolboy fired a flare gun at a friend and hit him in the eye
On October 31 in Yuzhnoye Butovo, two 12-year-old schoolboys played with signal flare guns bought at a local store during their school holidays. One of the boys fired and hit his friend in the left eye. The victim was diagnosed with a contusion of the eyeball, a lacerated wound and multiple foreign bodies in the cornea.
