Sadyr Japarov responds to citizens' complaints: “There are 7.5 million of you, and I am alone”
Kyrgyzstan's President Sadyr Japarov, at a meeting with residents of the Bazar-Korgon district of the Jalal-Abad region, explained the impossibility of personally receiving all citizens, stating that he sleeps four hours a day and works the remaining 20 hours. He also ordered an investigation into a complaint about the actions of law enforcement officers.
