Prolonged rains and thaws may flood dens and prevent Moscow region bears from entering hibernation. According to the Telegram channel Mash, the animals continue to be spotted in the Shatura, Taldom and Klin districts; forecasters predict a winter 2–5 degrees warmer than normal.
