Pushilin: High drone activity of the Ukrainian Armed Forces prevents DPR civil services from working in Kostyantynivka
Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin said that despite the city being taken under control back in July, civil services cannot begin restoring Kostyantynivka due to the large number of Ukrainian drones. The republic’s deputy prime minister previously reported about 3,000 remaining residents and 1,200 evacuated.
