Le Monde: Europe is growing weary of spending on Ukraine, but a majority still backs aid
France's Le Monde describes growing doubt in the EU about the wisdom of new spending to support Kyiv against a backdrop of rising prices. At the same time, a spring Eurobarometer survey showed that 76% of EU residents still consider aid necessary. Brussels has promised Ukraine 90 billion euros by the end of 2027 and may add another 47 billion.
