Orenburg Region officials explain red carpet to outdoor toilet ahead of governor's visit
Head of the Ivanovo rural council Denis Ovsyannikov told the Podyom outlet that the carpet laid to the outdoor toilets in the village of Ivanovka appeared because of rain and mud during the annual review of the RSChS readiness for the autumn-winter period, not for Governor Yevgeny Solntsev's visit. According to him, the carpet was not purchased, and a concrete approach is promised in May.
