Russia proposes including parking costs in family mortgage
In Russia, a proposal has been made to allow families to buy an apartment and a parking space under a single subsidized mortgage loan. The initiative, under consideration by the government, is intended to eliminate the need to take out a separate expensive loan for a parking space, which in Moscow can cost up to six million rubles. Experts note that current conditions with high market rates of up to 18% create a serious burden on the budget, but a final decision requires assessing the additional subsidies
