PACT: an initiative from Malta wants to return tourism revenue to local residents
British entrepreneur Mark Weingard has launched the PACT movement in Valletta, aimed at connecting the hotel business with the development of local communities. He plans to extend the model to Lisbon, Athens, and Madrid and is working with WTTC on an international launch.
