Qatar's Foreign Minister proposed an association of 'Thriving States'
Speaking at the Oxford Union, Qatar's Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani proposed the term 'Thriving States' for small, stable and prosperous countries and called on them to collectively form a 'supply chain of peace.' He also spoke about Doha's mediation between the US and Iran.
