Ukraine attacked three Russian refineries, including a plant in Samara Region, Novak says
Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said that strikes on oil refineries have resumed after a pause, but did not name the affected enterprises. According to DW and the outlet Astra, these include the Novokuybyshevsk Refinery, which earlier halted two primary processing units after the April attacks.
