Novokubansk head Alexander Minin arrested in official forgery case
The Novokubansk district court remanded city head Alexander Minin in custody, suspected of official forgery and abuse of official powers. According to the investigation, a concrete plant occupied a plot designated for road service, after which Minin issued a fictitious commissioning permit for a non-existent service station. The damage was estimated at more than 12.1 million rubles.
