Shavkat Mirziyoyev at the CICA Summit in Baku Proposed the Concept of an 'Infrastructure of Trust' in Asia
President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev spoke on October 15 at the seventh summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA) in Baku. He proposed developing a Concept for building an infrastructure of trust in Asia, put forward initiatives on the responsible use of AI and climate resilience, announced Uzbekistan's readiness to host a forum on human capital development in 2027, and invited participants to the Non-Aligned Movement summit in Tashkent.
