Kurenkov invited Putin to the new Emergencies Ministry training facility near Kazan
Head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry Alexander Kurenkov, at a meeting with members of the government, invited Vladimir Putin to visit the training facility near Kazan that opened in September. The complex is positioned as the first of its kind in the country and a model for a network of similar centers.
