Yellow weather danger level extended in Moscow and the Moscow region due to overnight icy conditions
The Hydrometeorological Center has extended the yellow weather danger level in the capital region: the icy conditions warning is in effect from 21:00 on November 7 to 09:00 on November 8. This is already several nights in a row with warnings, and the first snow in the region fell back on November 3.
