President of Uzbekistan Signs New Version of Constitutional Court Law
Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed the constitutional law 'On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan' in its new version on October 14, replacing the 2021 edition. The law introduces a court information system with online appeals, video conferencing, and hearing broadcasts (starting January 1, 2028), clarifies case review deadlines, and defines procedures for implementing decisions on unconstitutionality of acts.
