Pensions can be collected at the post office using a QR code from MAX — but only voluntarily
The Ministry of Labor has proposed issuing pensions at the post office and at home using a digital ID in the MAX messenger. Expert Igor Balynin emphasized that the paper passport remains, and the system itself is not yet operational — the draft resolution dated September 30, 2026 has only passed public discussion.
