Court upholds verdict against lawyer who resisted seizure of phones from investigator
The cassation court confirmed the punishment of 320 hours of compulsory community service for the lawyer who tried to prevent the seizure of phones in an investigator's office. The conflict, recorded on video, took place back in July 2024.
