Putin approves membership of commission on temporary restrictive measures for those evading punishment abroad
On November 6, 2026, Vladimir Putin signed a decree approving the membership of the Interdepartmental Commission on the Application of Temporary Restrictive Measures. It is headed by Justice Minister Konstantin Chuichenko; its members include representatives of the Federal Tax Service, the Prosecutor General's Office, Rosfinmonitoring, the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The commission was established by a decree of September 7, 2026.
