Russian Ministry of Digital Development postpones blocking of calls from unlabeled banks to November 13
Restrictions on incoming calls from credit and financial organizations that have not enabled mandatory call labeling have been postponed until November 13. The decision was made following a meeting between the Ministry of Digital Development and telecom operators and the largest banks: according to MTS, about 5% of banks, which account for the majority of the market's revenue, have not yet signed labeling agreements.
