A Volgograd resident suffered first-degree burns to her legs while celebrating her birthday at the Goya restaurant. According to her, a waiter tipped a teapot of boiling water over her, and the establishment offered a three-thousand-ruble deposit as compensation. The injured woman is unhappy with the restaurant's response and is considering a pre-trial claim.
