Tashkent resident Adelina Baldina bought an apartment on the Ts-1 massif for 85 thousand dollars, formalizing the deal before a notary, but soon learned of a prosecutor's office restriction and a dispute over the inheritance of the previous owner. On October 23, the court declared all purchase and sale contracts invalid and ordered the return of only the cadastral value — 71.3 million soums, almost 14 times less than what was paid. This is already the third such story in the capital.
