FAS deputy head overseeing trade replaced: Dmitry Bombyr appointed
Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed an order on November 3 appointing Dmitry Bombyr as Deputy Head of the FAS. He oversees the control and financial block and control of the social sphere, trade and non-production services, replacing Timofey Nizhegorodtsev, who had worked at the Service since 2005.
