By 2030, Russia will need to replace about 12 million workers
Alexander Vaino, director of the 'Young Professionals' direction at ASI, stated that the Russian labour market will need to replace about 12 million specialists by 2030. In his view, against the backdrop of a difficult demographic situation, labour productivity will become key, and young people should be engaged in real tasks of enterprises as early as the stage of choosing a profession.
