Poland's Constitutional Court approves a quorum of eight judges out of fifteen
The General Assembly of Judges of Poland's Constitutional Court approved the quorum, although only 8 of 15 judges were present. Acting President Anna Korwin-Piotrowska believes the quorum should be counted from 12 judges. The assembly also approved the 2027 budget and disciplinary commissions to consider the immunity of the removed court leadership.
