According to the description in the Telegram channel, the woman in the damaged Toyota hit her face on the steering wheel. The driver of the Kia, according to the author of the post, got out of the car and, “swaying, stumbled off into an alley”. His companion remained in the passenger seat of the Kia; according to preliminary information, the car belongs to her. She stated that a man had been behind the wheel, but, as noted, she was unable to explain what happened in a fully coherent manner.
